Okay so I just got home from the Josh Gracin Concert with my friend Lauren. We had a great time. I needed a night out of the house with a great friend. I haven't gotten out much since I got married in October. Actually I don't get out more because I have to be up at 430 am almost everyday, not so much because of the marriage thing. Hey I guess welcome to adulthood right?!?!?!
Well for the first official day of my diet I would say I did a good job with the eatting aspect but I really did not get a chance to work out due to work and the concert. But hey that is on my agenda for tomorrow, one step at a time right?? I did try this awesome low cal cookie recipe that is a must try:
Recipe
1 1/2 cups regular oats
2/3 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup brown sugar (not packed)
1/4 cup splenda
1/4 cup light butter (softened)
1/4 cup no sugar added Applesauce
1/4 cup fat free liguid egg substitute
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and Line a baking sheet with wax paper and place 12 even mounds of dough on it. Spread with the back of your spoon to flatten out the cookie so that they cook evenly. Bake for about 10 minutes
This recipe makes 12 cookies each are 125 calories with 2.5 grams of fat a piece
